Corporate Sales


Job Descriptions:

  1. Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, meeting, presentation, etc)
  2. Obtain orders and establish new customers
  3. Manage relationship with existing customers
  4. Maintain management informed by submitting reports of daily call activity and weekly work plans
  5. Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in same positions (Sales/Account Executive)
  3. Being able to prioritize your activities and consistently meet targets
  4. Effective Communication Skills: As a salesperson, you need strong communication skills. This includes active listening, asking for relevant question.

  2. Analyze and develop both sales projections and sales strategies.
  3. Build, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new vendors/clients.
  4. Review and provide recommendations for product information on the website.
  5. Conduct analysis of product and supplier performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market pricing trends.
  7. Formulate and advise on competitive selling prices.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
  2. Proven experience in selling Cutting & Abrasive products.

  5. Bersedia melakukan tugas pekerjaan lainnya di dalam gudang

Persyaratan:

  1. Bisa mengoperasikan mesin nozzle Diversey atau sejenis pencampuran air dengan concentrate diutamakan
  2. Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam mengoperasikan mesin nozzle diversey
  3. Bisa mengoperasikan WMS akan menjadi nilai tambah
  4. Bersedia ditempatkan di kawasan industri Cikarang area
  5. Minimal lulusan SMA/sederajat
  6. Jujur, disiplin

Customer Support Supervisor:


Job Description:

a. Admin Activity
  1. Monitor PO & Quotation tickets hourly to ensure all tickets are handled within SLA by Admin & Order Processing team.
  2. Proactively assist Admin & Order Processing staff when dealing with difficult or complex cases.
  3. Monitor order status and maintain customer account information database.
  4. Manage scheduling and backup plans for Admin & Order Processing team.
  5. Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
  6. Coordinate with other departments related to order processing operations.

b. Training and Documentation
  1. Communicate any updates to company policies or procedures to the team.
  2. Conduct trainings to support Admin & Order Processing staff performance, including onboarding, refresher, and new feature trainings.
  3. Develop training materials and documentation to support operational excellence.
  4. Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and schedule appropriate training sessions.
  5. Organize regular team meetings.

c. Monitoring & Tracking Staff Performance
  1. Perform monthly monitoring and evaluation for each team member.

  3. Provide constructive feedback and maintain open, supportive communication with Admin staff.

d. Performance & Reporting
  1. Act as a role model for the CS Admin & Order Processing team in work ethic and discipline, including punctuality.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
  2. At least 2 years of experience managing a Customer Support, Call Center, or Admin team.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  4. Experienced in using CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.).
  5. Solid understanding of basic data analysis; having SQL skills is a strong plus.
